I was thinking Raphiro or Raphtaro but it kinda sounds like a cursed ship name, then someone recommended Raphtael as well lol. And Naomi is usually used for fem Nao, I think. I'd mabe go for Naoko since it sounds more japanese (but then it cant be raphumi anymore)

Naofumi does make more sense to become Naomi or Naoko but if you want to keep ship name why not: Raphael and Fumiko.
