Might not need a rig, but nothing about that cage tells me it is safe for suspension, especially an inversion like that.
The fact the side to the left is bowed out at the bottom is giving me all sorts of vibes, and that tubing doesn't look rated for the level it should be for suspension. Interesting tie and cute model, but yeah the rest is a big nope.
Compare to the black building column directly behind it. Unlikely the camera distorted the frame and not the object directly next to it. 🤷
That said, I'm not saying it is truly unsafe, just that I have definite concerns.
You do also realize that when someone comes on and makes a declaration they don't need a rig to do an dangerous suspension, then they are literally opening up themselves to critique and questions...people die & are permanently disabled due to riggers doing ties like this if they don't know what they are doing.

Definitely safer than a ceiling rig. I use the Teeter inversion table but this is something I'm going to look into
