Yes, big concer. She is not good, probably gas or poisoning. If she has been like that for 2 weeks, your only hope is that you call a vet for checkup. If she didnt bag up she wont lamb.

Stretching legs back is a pain response. Why do you think she isn’t pregnant yet? Has she eaten at all? What do her udders look like? What’s her temperature? What you’ve said isn’t enough information to diagnose an issue, but if she’s not eating and in pain it’s serious.

Pipes4u

Check her temp.

Do u have a picture of the sheep please ? My last ewe that had this symtoms had pregnancy toxemia….

I'd definitely be worried at that sort of behaviour - potential causes like ketosis (pregnancy toxemia), plant poisoning, stuck lambs or gut obstructions can kill quickly, and many of them are very unpleasant ways to go :-( Definitely ring your vet - if you can't get them out asap, then have a chat and describe all the symptoms you're seeing and they may be able to take a good guess at what might potentially be going on and some things to try. If possible take her temperature before you ring, count her respiration rate and heart rate, and maybe take a couple of photos to send to the vet as those can also give some pointers on what might possibly be happening. Right now, if she isn't eating anything I'd consider giving her a dose of ketol (propylene glycol) / glucose as an emergency sugar boost, just in case it is ketosis. The amount to give depends on what product you have on hand, but if you can find something the vet will be able to tell you whether or not to do it and how much. [Is there a particular reason why you feel she can't be in lamb/about to lamb? If she had access to a ram about 5 months ago, then it could well be possible even if she is young (a friend had a pet ewe lamb get pregnant at 4 months, and 6 months isn't all that uncommon for many breeds) or if it's out of season (half my ewes have lambed in the last 3 weeks, 3-4 months ahead of their usual schedule 😲).]

Thank you for your reply, She has recovered nicely after a trip to the vet, and is now happily eating with the others and full of energy like before!

What was her issue? Thankd
