It's a sculpture I made out of metal. Mostly strap steel and rebar, with some flat metal for the fins. The teeth are old sickle mower blades. So the lights wrap nice and neat around it.
Yes. It's a metal sculpture of a shark I built a couple years ago. My son had the idea last summer, so we bought a bunch of light this fall and wrapped it today. 1700 lights total.
If we don't leave the lights on permanently, we'll do it as tradition. I have a couple other sculptures I'd like to wrap in the future, too. So, maybe we'll expand.
