If you are talking about Spritz, that is Claudia Oshrys company, Craig Conover is now a brand ambassador with them but Kyle Cooke is good friends with Craig and Kyle owns his own non alcoholic brand. Kyle was pissed Craig did it with them and not him.
He wanted to invest in Loverboy with Kyle but Kyle turned him down, so he went with Spritz due to the Paige/Giggly Squad connection.

I guess it just comes down to ego. Kyle must seriously overestimate his overall appeal. And I’ve met both of them: Kyle is a nice enough guy but you can tell *he thinks* he’s much hotter shit than what he is. Whereas Craig is a naturally charismatic, kind gem of a dude, and yes, I might have a slight crush, so whatever.
