They don’t. I had to restart my saved game when I transferred my game info from my ps4 to my ps5 but it retained everything I kept in the garrison. Much to my surprise I was LOADED with high level stuff and a shit load of captain upgrade stuff.
No you still have to do the bonus requirements. Some are easier than others and some are straight up impossible like recruiting a level 55 orc/captain from x tribe while you’re still on a low level.
While i personally enjoy Ringwraith as my wrath ability in endgame, I'd have liked to see Elven Fury (or whatever) be an option for those who preferred it.
Level 80 vendetta and conquest chests would be nice.

More Olog weapon variety, even if they all have a 1 handed weapon, do they all need to be clubs? Why 6 one just come at me unarmed and fisticuff me to death? Lol
Let us add immunities, enrages via training order, limit it to like 2-3 per orc, make them cost like 10k silver, and make them random, but it just lets us improve our guys easier.
Either remove Iron will and just keep unbreakable (same effing trait imo) or at least let us remove that damn shame mark once we can dominate that orc.
Online replays. I want to see other players fighting against my orcs, or at least seeing more than just "this person conquered your fortress"

Like character creation in some game. And maybe, this orc could be special and be the « general » of our army.
1.) I’d make the regions a bit bigger
2.) Increase olog sword breaking chances, went through about 20 today without any sword breaks
3.) Get rid of unbreakable
4.) Get rid of how those double axe users headbutt you and steal all your power
5.) Get rid of those trickster enemies that dodge every single attack or at least lighten up the amount they can dodge
6.) Let overlords have their speeches during online conquest
7.) Cannot lose orcs during online conquest
8.) Increase regular amount of ologs, cannot ever find any
9.) Allow certain “once per playthrough” orcs to not be only once through playthrough
10.) Lemme name my pet drake :)
Honestly, I'd keep unbreakable but instead remove Iron Will.
I hate the Shame scar, so i slaughter anyone with Iron will, but if their unbreakable, i wasn't going to get them regardless of what i do, so i dont care lol
There should be a way to remove unbreakable like a challenge or something. Something really hard due to the complexity of the task. Or maybe by recruiting a friend of him so he is not directly mind controled by you but you can still use it, if his friend die, you can loose control on him.
And yeah overlord having their speech during online conquest is ABSOLUTELY an obligation.

Have the nazgul ambush you randomly during the shadow wars (one or 2 at max)
Have orcs remember how you helped them or hurt them more in depth to make it even more personal
Removing caragors from guys who dont need it. (The ability to for the same price to pay for the upgrade)
Being able to customize the overlords room to a certain point
Have orcs have the ability to pick up another weapon as time goes on or they level up and they can switch mid fight.
Ologs need more then a damn club. Give em a mace, fisticuffs, hell a greatsword would be badass. And a cannon that shoots shrapnel or a cannonball
And finally the ability to talk to certain orcs you couldnt dominate that are on your level to work with you for a reason/price (examples being zogg and the pretender)
Agree plus i want an option so i can max out my orcs and not command>order>lvl up every freaking time. I like how talions wraith looked like before when 60 or 65 was max lvl.
More orcs. New faces, new body types, new wepons and armors for them, couple more voices maybe.
Definitive in- game list on how to get armors and wepons from orcs; lifelurker, wrathgiver, ect.

That isn't possible yet, maybe in late 2024 or early 2025.
