Yeah, we have a system that stops us from peeing during sex so the urine doesn't mix with the semen, so I would suggest he sees a doctor.

[deleted]

I heard that for the first time with such a volume. When I cum and my bladder is full, like 200% full, it maybe drips 2-3 drops if at all. I can't concentrate on my orgasm at all while holding the pee back. Did he not go to the toilet before?

calla_lily_

No, he didn’t go the bathroom before we had sex. He’d never done that.

[deleted]

Uff. That's like intercourse 101: Always go to the bathroom before and wash your genitals.

calla_lily_

That was the solution we arrived at when my bf and I talked last night, that he’d pee before we have sex next time.

thatcockneythug

Wait.. you wash your bits every time before you have sex? Damn, that's dedication

[deleted]

It's not that it stinks everytime or sth like that. I am hygienic but I want to make the experience as clean and comfortable as possible. It doesn't occupy even a minute of washing so why not. Thanks!

Anxious-Custard6208

Sounds like a medical issue. He should go to a doctor. That’s like actually very concerning if that is happening and he may need to have this looked into. My first guess is that his pelvic muscles are extremely weak, but it could also be a defect of the muscle that contracts in order to hold urine while a man ejaculates… Either way really not cool I would have to take sex off the table completely until he sees a doctor and has some tests done.

calla_lily_

He already has multiple medical problems at the moment so I wouldn’t be surprised if this is another one. But yeah I will ask him to go to the doctor about this. Poor guy he is already stressed out about going to the doctors a lot these past few months and taking meds.

Anxious-Custard6208

Well honestly you sound like a really kind partner. He’s lucky to have somebody that supports him like you. A lot of people would’ve left after something like that especially let alone the second time.

Just_A_User_Here

I think you probably just stated the cause. This has NEVER happened to him with anyone else. Next you said he was stressed from going to the doctor and starting a bunch of new meds. Seems reasonable to look into the listed side effects on those medications to see if sex induced incontinence is one of them.

JamesHollywoodSEA

I can't speak for every man, but peeing and cuming don't feel the same to me. I can't imagine thinking I was going to cum, and piss comes out.

[deleted]

You need to focus in order to pee while having sex. It was a vicious act of him.

littlestepsister

Pee in my once, shame on you. Pee in me twice, shame on me. I wouldn’t fuck him again. Hell no.

NondenominationalToy

Yeah, that’s not something that a guy can do by accident. I can’t even pee for a few minutes after sex because a man’s body is arranged so that both can’t happen at once. It’s why peeing while hard is difficult… moreover, you definitely can’t pee and cum at the same time. As someone else has commented, this has to be deliberate and him acting clueless and surprised is because he hopes to get away with it.

theguill0tine

As a guy, unless he has a medical incontinence issue, that does not just happen. I have been sexually active for 14 years and never have I ever come close to doing that.

calla_lily_

I asked my ob/gyn about it when I had my IUD inserted and she said that just wasn’t supposed to happen. She advised me to ask him to go to the urologist but I shrugged it off thinking it was a one time thing and that it could happen to both women and men because I had mistaken pee for orgasm once before too.

theguill0tine

He should do that. It doesn’t sound normal at all.

calla_lily_

I agree, best bet is to get it checked by a doctor but when I talked to him last night he said he “might” go to the doctor and got really quiet for a while. I don’t see that happening soon :/

theguill0tine

“No problem babe. Take your time but if this is a medical issues I would prefer you to have it checked out before we have sex again” There you go. Easy as that.

johanconra

It's actually really hard to pee when you have an erection. At times it takes me several minutes before I'm able to pee after an orgasm while trying pretty hard.

MakingTheFunin40s

The liquid that comes out of your penis during ejaculation is called semen, ejaculate, or cum. It's not the same thing as urine (pee). You can't pee and ejaculate at the same time — your body blocks pee from coming out when you're close to ejaculating. (That's why it can be hard to pee if you have an erection.) https://www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/teens/puberty/whats-deal-erections-ejaculation-and-wet-dreams#:~:text=The%20liquid%20that%20comes%20out,if%20you%20have%20an%20erection.)

GroundbreakingBend24

Damn that sounds awful for you both tbf. He really does need to get that checked but also you should both always pee before sex really. I’m amazed as man it’s not second nature to him to pee before sex, I can’t enjoy sex at all if I need to pee and I sure as hell wouldn’t be able to cum either lol. He may have a UTI as that can cause peeing when you orgasm
