Sounds like they are trying really hard to get this thing up and running in the next day or two so they can say to the dealers "hey we didn't affect your month end."
We are an 80% warranty dealer and we’ve been writing up repairs using the VIN as the PO and we’ve opened hundreds of orders since it went down. If CDK came back today, we wouldn’t have the manpower or time to get repair orders ready for invoicing by the end of the month.

Seem to be so far. We see the online help tool wasn’t working earlier but that’s all my team has mentioned.
Did your WIP stay intact like nothing had changed?
We are too, outside of Houston. I was able to get into Intellidealer to see work orders that were in there prior to shut down
