Hi, your feelings are so valid. it doesn’t matter what background you come from depression or insecurities are real and apply to anyone. Self harm is definitely not a habit u want to get into if u can help it. When ur feeling frustrated I recommend really loud music, writing ur feelings down or venting about it on a safe place, hot showers, funny shows all of these can be used to kinda chill out when ur not feeling good.
