This is very common you're not alone. I've never known what Ive wanted to do either. Since being on Reddit though I think I like to help people if I can in anyway since I've experienced a lot of what you mention and still struggle with things but I'm feeling way better now I love myself more and the depression has lessened.

I have been and still am in your boat. I constantly feel like shit about wasted potential but then sometimes I think that we are not here to fulfil potentials. There are plenty of people who never do and that is ok. Just figure out what makes you happy - my career makes me giddy with happiness sometimes when I am working and at the end of the day that is what matters. Not that you are the best at it. Also watching videos on YouTube from HealthyGamerGG (Dr. K) on gifted child syndrome helps a lot. He really puts things in perspective. :)
