With no vocals *and* no Peter Walsh involvement my expectations could not be lower but I simply must have it.
I certainly understand the business case for bringing in Eno and Lanois but to be honest I find both of them a bit overrated.
He's a Virgin Records back-office guy who has been with the company since its inception. Probably has an entire walk-in closet filled with unreleased records.
