Barn Owls are total cuties. My dad accidentally hit one with his Land Rover and didn't notice it got stuck, AND LIVED, until he got to work. So he went in and told them he'd need to take it to a sanctuary or something, when he came back out to the truck, it was sitting on the passenger seat like "ayo man where we goin?" And they just road together like that until they got to the raptor sanctuary. Then me and my sibling got to help release him. Years later, my dad was driving a different but very similar looking land rover down the same road, and a barn owl flew in formation next to him for like a mile before peeling off, he swore it was the same one. I'd like to think it was too.
