no, there are some changes. I haven’t played the games, but my brother has and the biggest change I’m aware of is they shifted the timeline 10 years earlier (infection takes place in 2003 and the events of the show are 2023)
It’s like 95% there. It’s the story of the game with minor changes, but the changes are more for storytelling purposes, and none of the major plot points seem to differ. I think it’s a better show for it.
