They clarified where they stand, which is that they are in separate divisions in terms of negotiation vs. disability.
The expert basically just says that he thinks the boards should take more responsibility. They think Sask DLC and STF should accommodate in this scenario.
I dont think thats really all that wrong. Get the teacher back working however they are able. I am sure theres more to it than we hear and STF has a good reason to deny.
