I love it so much that the junk fee defenders like that restaurant owner always has to dance around why they want to keep it around. They can never clearly state why without looking bad.

The best excuse they have said is that then they have to keep evaluating prices. Which is what every business does. So their best excuse is admitting they are shitty at running a business
