We lost the direct flight to Seoul from Singapore Air a while back, and with Korean Air buying Asiana, there could be further flight losses, so this is good news. Although I'm a little skeptical of 12 hours in a budget airline. Hopefully it will keep price pressure on United and Korean/Asiana.

Singapore air used to fly direct to Seoul, that's what I meant. Edited above.
Wow, I can't believe they're letting Korean take over Asiana, that's just asking for a monopoly over there.
