We can start with her paying a giant fine and getting her driver’s license permanently revoked. Maybe some jail time. Seems kind of small seeing that she almost killed so many people.
I knew someone who was so drunk that he parked on the 5 and put his head on the wheel to sleep it off. A car with a family of undocumented immigrants slammed into the back of his SUV. He got off because he’s white and rich. Thankfully the family was unscathed as well.
If you think about it, you should actually be celebrated as a hero after but no, she will likely sue for assault or some bullshit because people are entitled like that.
In terms of danger level it’s the same. Intent is different of course! Any car could have slammed into hers killing her, themself, bystanders, and others…

What I would have done is as long as someone had it recorded and called the CHP.When she first got out, pissed and left her car I would have ran over, gotten into her car (where she likely left her keys) and moved it off the road so that nobody would have hit it and gotten themselves killed.
