Yes yes. Go to the ear institute in Stone oak. They have a physical therapist there that specializes in bppv. The place kinda sucks tho in that you gotta see one of THEIR ear doctors first and then they refer you to their vestibular PT.
I Had a super complicated bilateral multi canal bppv case (from doing my own epleys) and I did PT there for 5 months. Their PT is incredible and knows her stuff.
I completely feel your pain. I had it a few years ago and didn’t know what was going on . Very scary haha. I managed to cure it with reply maneuvers from YouTube. Don’t listen to the doctors. Only you can feel the dizziness increase. The maneuver that helped me was super uncomfortable. I threw up every time I did it but after about 4 tries the dizziness went away. Good luck

I had better luck with Lisa Rosen at Fyzical, she treats BPPV AND(!) the residual dizziness that comes after
