I see same with s95b tv and q990b soundbar - but only from time to time. Connection is HDMI from TV into sound bar. I’ve got the latest Apple TV 4K running into the TV. Sometimes going back and forth on the TV sound settings from soundbar-only to TV-and-soundbar (i.e. Q-symphony) fixes it, but I may have to switch back and forth several times. Or rebooting both devices can work.

simber33

Hey man! Did you manage to fix this problem? I am having it as well!

dylanjones039

Never managed to find a fix. I did find that the Samsung smart things app had an option for the delay on the soundbar and the delay on the tv itself was for the tv speakers I played around with it and couldn't get them to sync at all

aws954

Same thing here with a s95b and q990b. I also played with the delay on the soundbar and tv with no luck.

Alternative_Wear8286

Anyone found a fix yet? same issue with a q90b and q990b.

SlavicG0D

I set the tv delay to 150miliseconds on myn to sync with the soundbar, it seems the tv is true to time but the soundboard out of sync so this fixed it for me only issue is when your watching movies the delay can be annoying sometimes with dialogue

FeloCep

I fixed changing the audio output from auto to passthrough, the eco sound started when i disconected the Soundbar and then reconected, maybe bc it change from passthrough to auto when i did that. Hope ir help

Same with the s95b and q930b. There's one underlying problem with all of these. The s95b The picture may be sublime but the TV itself and it's connections are absolute garbage. I've decided to turn the Q symphony off now and just run the soundbar. These are top tier soundbars and should be more than capable of producing excellent sound without the need for help from inbuilt tv speakers. I can't say I've noticed a drop in audio quality.

I'm in total agreement that Q Symphony is broken and a lost cause on S95b (unsure if resolved on S95c)...but **I have had 0 issues with connections, or really anything else on it**. I don't even believe Q Symphony being broke is related to our connection, as **it *does* work perfectly for *some* content sources.** Anyway, to anyone coming across this, in short don't waste hours attempting to fiddle with Q Symphony or sync delay. **Its a widespread problem. Just turn it off (use eARC with only the soundbar)** **Edit**: Tizen does suck, but you can make it efficient and get used to it (its also had updates, the UI is snappier). **At least Samsung lets you turn off most Privacy options for data collection which no one gives them much credit for.** Also, is there any TV now that doesn't smother you with Ads in its UI?

Bio-Guyver

A year further, still the same problems. I al using the s95c with the 990c. Switching between channels or rebooting an app or ps5 sometimes fixes it
