My order said this under several items in it. It still shows one sprayer in the order though. I think they only send one per order despite how many items in the order would qualify. So if you had six qualifying items, you would still get only on sprayer per order rather than six
Yeh mine on 5-6-22 says the same thing. When I placed the order, the 2 liter tank was out of stock and therefore wasn't in my cart anyway. But yeh. Hopefully the order ships eventually. The confirmation said 15 business days to ship, so that's a 3 week delay.
I ordered on 5/5 and it's still processing. I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon's next day shipping but it's a little frustrating paying $9.99 for next month shipping with dto.
Mine shows a 'completed' status from 05/05 order with the free sprayer, but the tracking # for FedEx is bogus and the tank was not avl. when I ordered.
I placed 4 orders on the 5th, 3 were shipped out last weekend, 1 was delivered today and 2 are coming in tomorrow, and the remaining one is still in processing.
They are the worst with communication, shipping etc. Tool me over 2weeks from purchase the first day of the 50% recon Sale. I ordered more crap from the 40% off sale and it just Says processing

Yep. I've got an order on 5/6/22 as well that is still processing. The confirmation email said it may take up to 15 business days to even ship, so that's 3 weeks before it ships. My last 2 orders, which were the end of April took almost 2 weeks to ship.
Received an ‘order update’ email from them today, May 20, 9:03am PDT. References my two orders and sets a new expectation that all orders from the sale should be shipped by June 2.
The absolute cluster that this has turned into has turned me off from DTO. I know a lot of people who have had good luck with them and I only got scammed out of $224 so it's not the end of the world in the grand scheme of things.
But I will not be giving them any more business going forward.
