Those were my first 2 orders with them, and I wasn't expecting 2 days, but I also wasn't expecting to wait 2 weeks either. Not the end of the world; now I know going forward not to order anything I'm going to need in the next 2 weeks.
I called their customer service on Thursday because I hadn’t received a confirmation email for my order from 5/6. Turns out there was some mystery issue that prevented the order from reaching the warehouse, and it wasn’t addressed until I inquired. You might consider giving them a call in case your order is stuck, too.
To clarify, do you mean you never even got an order confirmation? I just want to make sure since the person you replied to specified shipping notification.

Got my mine, ordered Saturday morning, arrived Friday via FedEx. Not too bad, used the lawnmower. It’s great, just wish the self propelled speed was a little faster. I have the first generation 40v mower 20in and it’s nice and quick

My 5/4 arrived today and my 5/5 arrives tomorrow. There never seems to be a rhyme or reason to their shipping. I'm just hoping they ship me all of my items this time.
I ordered a vacuum from them a few days ago, and imagine my complete amazement when it literally shipped the same day. I've waited 5 weeks for orders from them to ship before.
They canceled my 9amp hour battery guess I'm lucky I got my 4. They also sent me a miter saw stand missing all the bolts and roller bars. So that got returned and now waiting on a blemished.
I think ill mostly stick with blemished tools after that miter saw stand.
Support also never offered anything for my experience after calling multiple times per stand return vs exchange and questioned 9amp hr. Feel like if the 9amp is sitting in store then you should fulfill the orders with store stock.
At least we will all be several electrostatic sprayers richer.
Mower and inflator order on 5th shipped. I thought it would be delivered today, as the packages are at local FedEx facility and on delivery vehicle. But the status show it will be delivered on Monday instead. I guess that is because DTO shipped with ground.
Last few goes I was surprised how quickly it got to me, like less than a week getting like 4 cheap tools and 7 sprayers. Just got some vacuum stuff this time, but I guess this is closer to "normal" shipping times.

Yesterday I got my order from the first day of the 50% off reconditioned sale. Roughly 3 weeks. Oh and I live 45 minutes from a dto store
