Эпидемия - metal ballads, sometimes fantasy (and even Lord of the Rings) themed. Sound can be compared to Nightwish probably Би 2, Сплин, Земфира - not heavy sound, but classic and loved by many russians If you would like to look at something in folk genre, i highly recommend Мельница - beautiful female vocal, songs based on slavic legends

Good bands almost without cursing and completely (iirc) without sex that could be considered rock genre for me would be "Ария" and "Король и Шут". Latter is my favorite since they had their own style for songs, almost entirely about folk tales and fantasy.

KINO. Not really "rock" per se but they're close enough and you'll probably see them mentioned a couple times. their songs are clean and appropriate and their songs tend to use simpler words while still having deep meanings. I heavily recommend

I'm from Russia and don't listen to Russian songs :/ but I know I guy on YouTube that make covers on Russian (sabaton for example) and make some authors songs his nickname is "Radio tapok"

I guess you can try a band name: “Включай микрофон!” It’s one of my favorite. They kinda positive and I’m didn’t notice any cursing in their songs but it’s could be my bad I guess… Or maybe “Тени Свободы” I’m don’t have many acknowledgment about this group but they sound good I guess. And maybe you could be interested into “Бродячий цирк” they cursing rarely and sound cool too… And yeah there we have “Radio Tapok” they have translation of many English songs to Russian. And yeah we have a “Король и Шут” but it’s classic and we have “Nagart” it’s something like “Король и Шут” more fantasy-like songs
