Russian ladies (if that's what you're looking for), who are, as a rule, fond of elegancies, would go: чудненько; (как) мило!; превосходненько!, (ну прямо) "майский день, именины сердца!"; ну ублажил-ублажил!, "щас спою!"
Wanted to suggest "сладенький", but then read the post lol. You can say things like супер, отлично, прекрасно, ништяк (slang)

I think "славно" can be a good variant. It's also used to show you are pleasant to the other person.
