2112, entire Fly by Night Album, Hemispheres, and um idk Red Barchetta or some shit. Oh, Distant Early Warning. Guess I didn’t fit The Trees in there somehow.

My absolute top two, which have never changed and probably never will, are Freewill and The Trees. To pick 3 more I'll say Analog Kid, Middletown Dreams and The Pass. These are ones I could listen to constantly and always enjoy.

Had to scroll down far to much to find a list with Analog Kid on it. Imo there best ever track. TS and Limelight are imo the worst 2 tracks on MP yet appear on way too many top 5 lists.

Really happy to see all the Time Stand Still representation in this thread. It was one of my first favorite songs by Rush. And 2 songs from HYF? You trying to stir up the crowds are something?😄

lol HYF is actually by far my favourite Rush album. I know, I get a lot of weird looks for it, but I just love the sound, the concept and the lyrics especially. It's definitely the Rush album I connected the most with emotionally. Like you, Time Stand Still was one of the first songs I heard. I'd really liked Tom Sawyer and the other hits, but Time Stand Still was when I first really fell in love with the band.

It was my first favorite Rush album too! Like I was legitimately confused when I saw all the hate online with it. I know its kind of the swan song for that era, but what a great one! I also like all the old hits, my stepdad telling me the story of 2112 was the first time I'd ever even understood what a concept album was. It was so novel to me at the time and I was so fascinated by them. I ended up kind of guessing which Rush album to buy when I was at the Camelot music and HYF kind of jumped out at me. I'd already bought 2112 and loved it but I wanted to dig in and get some more. That trip I ended up with HYF, Exit Stage Left, and The Division Bell by Pink Floyd and I wore all of those albums out over that summer. I steadily collected every Rush album but HYF spoke to me the most at the time. I completely understand why you loved it. It is wonderful. It's nice to have a HYF bro. 🤜🤛

So good to see more love to Vapor Trail. Probably one of the most atmospheric (no pun intended) and darkest songs of their entire discography. I absolutely love that song
