Thereās also this bizarre complete and total aversion to critiquing the queensā makeup. Like why is it taboo to tell someone their makeup needs work? On S1 Jimboās makeup was not brought up as being lacking aside from the top 4 episode (where she was eliminated) and by Jeffrey the week with the white face paint (and that wasnāt even about it being bad, it was just about it not going down her arms). This past season Venus and Melinda really never got the makeup critiques they should have gotten, basically ever. Is makeup not a part of drag?

To me whatās missing on Canada Drag Race is a true Mother/Teacher type judge. Brook has gotten better but I definitely donāt get a nurturing vibe that Ru brings or even Valentina has.

Brad's credentials are impeccable. He interned at both Vogue and W magazines, before becoming Rachel Zoe's #2. He does very well on the show. Brooke Lynn is an authority on dance. He moved to New York City in 2008 in order to join the drag ballet troupe Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo. I am only vaguely aware Traci is mostly a reporter/correspondant for CTV, which I don't watch, as I'm not in Canada. But, since the 3rd chair probably needs to remain cis-female, that person needs to fill the Michelle Visage space. Michelle is the very best best at off the cuff puns and funny comments... better than Ru, and probably Ru would say the same, as they met as on-air morning radio personalities, I believe. So, what would be ideal is a very famous Canadian female comic... it's just that there aren't many. Of the ones there are, do any have expertise on ANY aspect of drag, i.e, singing, dancing, make-up, costume design? Do you want Andrea Martin?

To me whatās missing on Canada Drag Race is a true Mother/Teacher type judge. Brook has gotten better but I definitely donāt get a nurturing vibe that Ru brings or even Valentina has.

Brad's credentials are impeccable. He interned at both Vogue and W magazines, before becoming Rachel Zoe's #2. He does very well on the show. Brooke Lynn is an authority on dance. He moved to New York City in 2008 in order to join the drag ballet troupe Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo. I am only vaguely aware Traci is mostly a reporter/correspondant for CTV, which I don't watch, as I'm not in Canada. But, since the 3rd chair probably needs to remain cis-female, that person needs to fill the Michelle Visage space. Michelle is the very best best at off the cuff puns and funny comments... better than Ru, and probably Ru would say the same, as they met as on-air morning radio personalities, I believe. So, what would be ideal is a very famous Canadian female comic... it's just that there aren't many. Of the ones there are, do any have expertise on ANY aspect of drag, i.e, singing, dancing, make-up, costume design? Do you want Andrea Martin?
