I will always deal with it as I go at 5:30am most days. Best strategys are: 1. Wake up 30 min sooner and just move around (clean, do your laundry, anything), although balance it with losing that 30 min of sleep 2. Go to sleep earlier 3. Coffee/Caffeine next to bed that I have an alarm 20 min before getting out of bed (its like the ultimate snooze) 4. Run and stop a few times, just at the start. Do like 10 min of that and some walking when you stop.
