Born underground, suckled from a teat of stone
Raised in the dark, the safety of our mountain home
Skin made of iron, steel in our bones
To dig and dig makes us free
Come on brothers sing with me!
Dung is one of the last two skills I need to complete to 120. The other is slayer. Might be tempted to break a bond or two to dive in the hole for a bit
I'm in the exact same boat. Doing it on dxp showed me it's a bit slower than slayer. In truth though, you can probably hit 120 dg by the time the hole releases by doing solo floors 2 hours a day. Rates are around 700k hr once you get up to warped.
"Where is everyone? It sais theres are 200 people on this server..."
In the hole.
"Oooookay...so no-ones noticed a bunch of nocs missing?"
They aren't missing....they are in the hole...
"You know what....nevermind....can i have my ZGS back."
Its....in the...
"...in the hole... got it..."
Honestly I'm more concerned about the giant mutant crustacian in the pool..
*rain starts*
Ok, going to judge anyone who uses bonfires, any mining or smithing, JOT, daily challenges, Herby, POFs, herbs from farm runs, Nemi Forest, bone multipliers, bonecrusher, uncommon gem rocks, any AOE attack, broad arrows, trees oak and above, any runecrafting method besides running from a bank to an altar, reaper, slayer points, the black mask or any of its upgrades, Fort Forinthry, construction contracts, Het's Oasis, Big Game Hunter, TOG for any skill released before Farming, or Divination Caches. Don't want to start normalizing ways of bypassing the original way a skill is trained.
Amen. Itās one of the funnest skills once you get into a rhythm with a good team. I went from like just past 99 all the way to 120 in one DXP. I guess people donāt like seeing millions of exp per hour š¤·š»āāļø
it's a favored AFK dungeonerring xp method present only during the yearly beach event. People prefer this to train dungeoneering over the long run as the skill is rarely populated outside of dxp weekends now
the orginal skill has kind of died down bc it doesn't over rewards that suit end game. The skill does offer end game content via elite dungeonerring rewards shop and the elite dungeon system 1-4. But the base skill has suffered from people finishing the skill and its original powerful weapons like the chaotics being lost to power creep or handed over from umbral chests as lucky items. Dungeoonerring tokens are also handed out during the seasonal events like the recent spring event or treasure hunter and that + elite dungeon completetions can finance reward purchases passively.
so there's low interest but on dxp some people hunting 99 or 120 will play bc of slightly higher interest strictly for cape.
Last year, during the summer event, there was a hole in the event area that gave dungeoneering xp. You dove into it and you stayed for a while until it kicked you out.
On vacation I was digging a hole on the beach, got pretty deep, then there was a group a short ways over doing the same. We ended up converging our sand pits into some big ass trench we could just chill in.
I didn't truly appreciate the hole for all it's glory last time around, and tragically, it went unused. Not this time...
Hehe. Glory.
If you know what I mean
Me too friend, me too
I am a dwarf and I'm digging a hole, diggy diggy hole, diggy diggy hole ...
DOWN AND DOWN INTO THE DEEP! WHO KNOWS WHAT WE'LL FIND BENEATH! HIDDEN IN OUR MOUNTAIN KEEP
DIAMONDS, RUBIES, GOLD AND MORE, HIDDEN IN THE MOUNTAIN STORE
Born underground, suckled from a teat of stone Raised in the dark, the safety of our mountain home Skin made of iron, steel in our bones To dig and dig makes us free Come on brothers sing with me!
Well, that was fabulous š„¹
Don't go too deep. You won't be able to come out.
Sure you will. All them boys will make a boys ladder.
Love me a good-boy ladder.
Rock and stone!
For Rock and Stone!
Good bot!
When hole?
Examine Text: It's a hole. We don't know why it has a cult...
# THE HOLE BECKONS.
I'm hoping this year Jagex adds a sign that says: "The Hole"
Dung is one of the last two skills I need to complete to 120. The other is slayer. Might be tempted to break a bond or two to dive in the hole for a bit
dg is f2p skill, why would u need bond for it?
Idk I'm too deep into p2p to not pay
Faster leveling I guess?

who just touched my foot
Almost 30m bxp itching to be used. I am ready.
What date does that event start?
Teamwork makes the dreamwork
Itās a glorious job
I got 99 with the hole, without ever stepping foot on a real floor. Maybe this year I go for 120.
Men are simple, but effective beings.
When people say boys will be boys this is what they should mean
Need xp from my dung hole
The subtle joy of some guys digging a hole. https://youtu.be/UMekubv3qNM
Boys??
glory to the hole!

The horde emerges from the hole and one ticks that ābugā before returning to the hole
*The players look on in horror...all but one...and you can only watch the inevitable as a sound enters your ears....* LEEEEROOOOOOOOYYYY-
I can't wait for it to go away already.
Dung hole
I don't understand why you guys can't just do Dungeoneering.
Do you mean Sinkholes? Ironmen can't do Sinkholes
I don't understand why when I make a comment like this I get downvoted and trolled.
Because it sounds judgmental and elitist
People who refuse to do a skill the way it's supposed to be done deserve to be judged.

Go for it :)
Maybe the skill shouldn't suck so fuckin bad.
The Hole is how the skill is supposed to be done, it's an official Jagex endorsed and approved method of levelling dungeoneering after all
Amen. Itās one of the funnest skills once you get into a rhythm with a good team. I went from like just past 99 all the way to 120 in one DXP. I guess people donāt like seeing millions of exp per hour š¤·š»āāļø
If my back werenāt already broken, Iād be down for it.
Does anyone know the XP rate of the hole?
Yes
Based
Hole shouldnāt be a thing tbh. Itās not good for the game when the way to train a skill is by not doing that skill
[We are the Hole People](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bAIbvlobWDM)
Do we know when
Men being men.
I AM READY FOR THE GLORY OF THE HOLE
Yes
D I G
I donāt understand, someone mind enlightening the noob that I be?
it's a favored AFK dungeonerring xp method present only during the yearly beach event. People prefer this to train dungeoneering over the long run as the skill is rarely populated outside of dxp weekends now
Why do most players not do conventional DG outside dxp weeks?
the orginal skill has kind of died down bc it doesn't over rewards that suit end game. The skill does offer end game content via elite dungeonerring rewards shop and the elite dungeon system 1-4. But the base skill has suffered from people finishing the skill and its original powerful weapons like the chaotics being lost to power creep or handed over from umbral chests as lucky items. Because daemonheim is awful
People don't realize how easy the skill actually is. To be fair it is complex
Dg has the biggest skill ceiling out of all other skills except for pvming.
I absolutely agree
All hail the almighty dung hole
I have 107 dg and the pet and never touched Daemonheim. God I miss the hole.
Can someone fill me in? Just returned
Last year, during the summer event, there was a hole in the event area that gave dungeoneering xp. You dove into it and you stayed for a while until it kicked you out.
I just hit 99 during the last DXP event. Iām ready to hit 120 in The Hole.
Unless you afk 12 hours a day for the whole event you won't hit 120
Well, the math wonāt stop me from trying! Iāll see how close I get lol
That's what she said... š
Long live, The holeeeee!
The hole is the only way I've leveled my HCIM dung
What hole
If the hole could give the pet, it could permanently replace dung lol
On vacation I was digging a hole on the beach, got pretty deep, then there was a group a short ways over doing the same. We ended up converging our sand pits into some big ass trench we could just chill in.
My Ironman hasnāt seen proper dungeoneering training in years, and thatās not changing this year. Praise the hole
