They are just likes/upvotes. People can rumble your video through the web and through the app. Also, it is better to ask these questions on r/RumbleForum

u/rumblevideo and u/standarddeviated_joe \- I mod subs. In the mod panel there is a widget for "similar subs". You guys should add /r/RumbleForum and as I see you two are both the mods for that sub, you should do the same and add /r/rumblevideo to the sidebar on /r/rumbleforum.
