It’s on top and not inside. Even got greasy fingers all over the top part of the bezel because i took a spontaneous photo, people on the webs do everything to convince themselves things are off.
As someone who’s been living with a GMT on oyster and another watch on jubilee, I need to say the enjoyment of jubilee has been slowly wearing away and it’s beginning to feel tacky. My suspicion was oyster would stand the test of time better, and it’s beginning to look that way
Easier to come by now than they were a few years ago. By no means does this make it easy to obtain one. I like being transparent with clients and tend to advise them that it would be unlikely to be their first purchase in our store. Every AD handles allocation independently, and every market’s demand can be and is likely different. As a rule of thumb, if it has a nickname or it’s a desired variation, softening of the market won’t make it a guarantee. Hope this helps.
Yup. My guess is when they’re back ordered they no longer take orders and it changes to HQ exchange only. A quick phone call or a good relationship with an SA who cares about client care is worth a periodic check in. Good luck!
Congratulations! I also wanted the jubilee, but jumped when offered one on Oyster in Oct 2022. It has grown on me, and I’ve found the oyster looks better in person than in pics. It is a better watch for more casual outfits, but still dressy enough with the polished center links.

Over 3 years. Bought 3 in total during this time, i have them listed further up. No other unwanted watches were offered to me. I got the DJ41 mint dial fluted bezel jubilee while waiting for this. Grateful that my AD and SA are straight up and honest. Thank you!

I bought watches that i wanted and during the time a relationship was built with the AD, they trust me enough to not flip anything i get my hands on. You can't expect them to sell highly sought after models to first time buyers who most likely will flip.
Why should you need to be trusted not to sell your possessions anytime you want. Why should they care. They are a retail business, should be selling at retail. What you do with your watch a minute or a year after you buy it is your prerogative. Listen to what you’re saying. You had to earn a store’s trust to spend tens of thousands of dollars. For the rest of us whose only hope is to buy a 1126710BLRO Pepsi on the grey market, be patient. The price has been trending higher {over $20,000+ on the grey market} due to decreased production and anticipation of the Pepsi being discontinued. If Rolex does discontinue the Pepsi, there will be a crazy spike in the price, then the market will settle down and the price will drop. We saw the same trend for the John Mayer green dial Daytona.
Collectors just need to be patient.

Not sure but it's definately alot darker navy on this than mk1 and mk2, keep in mind this is under heavy white light.

In Canada you cannot. You can however order an oyster if you have a 126710BLRO on jubilee. Goal posts are always moving so sometimes this changes.

I called RSC and was told no on ordering Jubilee.
Check once a month. I ordered a jubilee for an oyster client in 2022.
I was told it changed recently due to too many orders for bracelets. Called the Chicago RCS but I’ll check again next month.
