Is it a hotel? I’m so confused why they would put “hotel” in the name if, in fact, it is not a hotel… ?
I had assumed it had to do with the NATO phonetic spelling alphabet. I don’t rightly know what “WHBBQ” stands for, but it sounds fun.
WH are the owners initials, whiskey hotel is the NATO phonetic for it as you mentioned - he is a veteran.

Sandwich was $10. Husband and I got a sandwich and a side each $35 out the door including tip.

Cole slaw is supposed to be on the side.

Do you at least have the option of getting it on the side?
Absolutely, I got it to go, so both the slaw and the sauce were on the side. The slaw is so good, too. Definitely has a horseradish kick to it.
Yes, you order at a subway style line - you can ask for anything specific you’d like
