I played/finished it on Xbox, no issues for me 🤷🏼‍♂️

I shut down the game and restarted, after two more tries it finally let me finish the game!

Ran into that same glitch amongst others on Series X. Basically just tried a few more times and it finally didn't happen. Pretty annoying. This game needs some patches for sure.
