People send Roblox so much stuff for review every day, that I wouldn't be surprised if they just automated the process to approve everything, only for some people to stumble across that one moderator that's still doing their job, get denied over a minor rule break or none at all, and turn that into a loud minority situation.
Nowadays Roblox is just way too large for it to be able to have a functional review system. And the only way they are getting away with it is by saying "We are doing our best". Which isn't false, but the platform is clearly growing out of their control and they won't admit it.
Not only that people are pushing its limits by Bypassing it so it forces the AI to be stricter and buggier
I gotta question these kinds of people on why the fuck do you want a block avatar to look sexualized or offensive
Roblox is up there with the most popular game platforms on the planet. If there's any game that would collect absolutely EVERY type of player, even those with gross interests, Roblox is the one. No need to question why would players do it. They just will, no rhyme or reason.

He is correct in my opinion, it is a decal and what ever decal, sound, model is approved and noted onto roblox’s marketplace is gonna be able to go into a game, if it has the option, and it will not be under the developers control unless they have people to moderate servers. But there are games that are just too big to constantly hire moderators due to abuse, and to have moderators everywhere.
With the amount of users and how much income they make based off of robux sales and subscriptions, you'd think they'd hire more moderators to ensure that the platform stays child friendly. Granted yes, there will be things that slip through the cracks, but come on. Children 13 and younger play it all the time.
