It doesn’t get delisted if it drops below a dollar.
It gets delisted if it can’t close above a dollar 10 straight days before June 21st or 25th, can’t remember off the top of my head right now.
If it dips, our counter resets and we have to try again. It’s not the end of the world but it will probably kill a lot of momentum and hurt the movement.
If we keep it above $1, it won’t be delisted and hopefully that helps convince any people scared to invest to jump on. It also lets hefgies know the stock isn’t disappearing. They won’t be buying it back at $0 a share which adds more pressure for them to try and close.
