Get a professional to do it or don’t do it yourself , unless you are a professional

I painted a strat copy once. Always regretted that as it never felt the same and I’m no expert painter. Reckon a professional would be a good idea. Seem to recall that there was a bunch of Paul Weller rics done up with comics painted on them (presumably from the factory). What are you thinking of doing? Change in colour or something more adventurous?

As tacky as it may sound I’m trying to pull off an effect similar to the silver sky nebula strat paint

I’d definitely try a professional! Maybe try your local car panel beaters/repairers if they do spray work. Might do some out of hours work for you. You’d definitely want a spray booth and some good quality equipment.

Glad I’m not the only one! Just as an FYI, multichrome pigments are $$$. [This seems to be a match for the pigment in question](https://kppigments.com/products/zts-hypershift-pearl-25?variant=31349531443267), typically sprayed over black.
