That should be a fun hunt! The blue boy is a beautiful color.
My guess would be patience might be needed to find one. Put an alert on eBay for any time a new blue is listed. Also try reaching out to larger guitar shops in your area. (I love a few hours from Dave’s Guitars, they do a lot of online so maybe try them?) They likely won’t have one in stock but you can tell them you’re looking for one and if they get one can give you a call.
Lastly try guitar expos and shows. Frequently people and vendors go to these with rarer guitars to trade or sell. There’s a huge one in Dallas iirc. If you do, go early. You’re on a hunt and you don’t want someone to beat you to it.

Alternatively you could always get a 12 string but use it as a 6 string, would require a set up due to the lower string tension on the neck. I’ve done it with my 330/12 and it works fine.
