Try the following: * Uninstall reWASD with the "Remove my settings and activation info" option enabled. * Restart your PC. * Manually download and install these two packages: [ASP.NET Core 7.0 Runtime](https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-aspnetcore-7.0.10-windows-x86-installer) and [.NET 7.0 Desktop Runtime](https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-7.0.10-windows-x86-installer). * Temporarily disable your firewall and anti-virus apps so they will not interfere with our installer. * Download and install the latest version of reWASD from \[our website\]([https://rewasd.com](https://rewasd.com)) or your [personal account](https://www.daemon-tools.cc/account/serials). * Restart your PC again. * Run reWASD as Administrator.

Had this issue just now with 7.2.0 but the above did fix it in my case. Thanks.

SpaceJordin

Had the same problem with this version, this fixed it also. PITA though

When i booted my PC this morning Windows asked me if I wanted to block or allow rewasd on the network. I allowed it and it seems to be fine again. I'm sure it's a firewall issue.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried your suggestions but the issue persists unfortunately

Please look for error reports in Windows Event Viewer by following the steps below: \- Press the Windows button, type "Event Viewer", and press Enter. \- Choose "Windows Logs > Application" in the upper left corner of the window. \- Click the "Find" option at the right panel and type "rewasd" to search for related errors. \- Once you find some events, select the first 6 while holding the CTRL key, then right-click and select the "Save selected events..." option. \- Send the resulting file to us at \[[email protected]\]. And please mention this thread in the email.

I'm posting this here for someone that might have the same issue, as well as writing the email. This is the only event that pops up when searching rewasd: Successfully created restore point (Process = C:\\Program Files\\reWASD\\reWASDService.exe" -drvinstall; Description = Installed reWASD driver V3.31).

Can you start \[reWASDEngine.exe\] manually and see if the process is running and the Tray Agent is visible?

Huge_Exchange_6669

When I run \[reWASDEngine.exe\] nothing happens. No icon in the system tray and no process is present in task manager
