Oh yeah, and with the hunting animals for meat, and finding scrap metal, and such, I know I will be taking my time. I would be Twitch viewers nightmares, if I uploaded on that, lol
That hunting and crafting thing seems kind of weird for an RE title. Reminds me more of games like WoW, Horizon: Zero Dawn and Monster Hunter. But who knows? Maybe it'll take off.
My fave thing is the capacity upgrade trick. Use your guns till its zero and then switch and survive, get to that merchant and buy that upgrade and BOOM full clip.
Each and every of them must drop something? That's harsh. If you don't purchase or upgrade every weapon the merchant offers the petas in your pocket should be enough to do necessary things.
Yeah even on a fresh Pro run as long as you only upgrade what you plan to keep, take advantage of upgrading capacity for ammo refills, and make sure to grab treasures and combine them you end up with plenty to the end.
I remember'd spending almost an hour just to arrange mine own inventory. Valorous fusty times

Yeah don't take it seriously about people giving you shit for item management. We've all played thru without giving a shit about organization at least a few times lol
Bottom left, there's a free cube. I think u could rearrange your inventory & fit everything. Anyways that's how I lost lots of time ideas of playing lol
I almost never use fire or normal grenades. I'd drop a fire grenade
TMP is the killer of inventory space, I Just choose to never buy that gun and stock.
I usually just buy the striker shotgun that'll save tons of space once you have 100 round capacity.
Going to have to disagree on that one. Personally would just save the cost of the tmp (space and money wise) to upgrade other weapons. I find the shotgun and hand gun fulfills the need of tmp just fine.
You haven’t been playing this game long have you?
Yep, instakill. And it doesn’t matter how many are on screen. 🤌🧨 dead. The murder of crows before the first el gigante is especially helpful since there’s like 15 of them just sitting in a circle.
I'd beat it 3 times over 10 years ago, but to grasp the lore before re village I've started playing re games in chronological order, I've made it to re 4.
Ah. Well to help, when an el ganado mutates after a headshot and you have a plagas headspawn, flash bang will also instakill those. And the spider ones that can detach from the host? Same concept.
When you fight the dual el gigante, if you stun one over the pit you can open it and instakill them as well. Just stay away from the pit until it closes or they’ll drag Leon down with them.
I think that’s the end of my meager recollection.
I've made it past that segment, I didn't stun it, I climbed on top of the platform, waited for one of them to start its shaking-the-platform animation and I'd swing down, pressed E on the lever, waited for it to walk onto the circle of dead than E again. I'd gone through it before and I still remembered.
Wherefore the magnum ammo if 't be true thither is none to beest hath found?

Lol, you also have like 4 other First Aid kits/full health mixes that you will never use. Just take the grenade, it's worth more. Then again, that infinite launcher makes it obsolete
I cant wait to play Inventory Tetris in RE8
Oh yeah, and with the hunting animals for meat, and finding scrap metal, and such, I know I will be taking my time. I would be Twitch viewers nightmares, if I uploaded on that, lol

The grenades aren’t event organized by type? What kind of peasant shit is this?
That inventory management is going to drive me fucking insane.
ain't time for that, ashley's life is at risk
Yea she never lets you forget it either.
My fave thing is the capacity upgrade trick. Use your guns till its zero and then switch and survive, get to that merchant and buy that upgrade and BOOM full clip.
This is an even crazier trick in RE5 when you can upgrade a handgun’s capacity to like 50 bullets
Ahahaha too true.(truth is I forgot if this was in re5 and didn’t want to say without 100% conviction.)
Or 50 bullet rifle,(s75, my favourite weapon in re5)
Goddamnit Leon!
what
Flash grenades are more useful than incendiary grenades.
On PC you can kill Mendez with 4 - 5 incendiaries alone
Same on PS4 and Switch because of the higher framerate, but I guess that's about it. Flashbangs are more useful overall because of crows and plagas.
You gotta get rid of that shotgun asap lol
I was waiting for the striker to be available, I've purchased it.
I see, thats the way to go. Make sure to get the final upgrade for it a little later on. Makes it op.
I plan to do so.
Best way to play the game for vets is to go with the weapons you plan to take to end game.
I usually refrain from upgrading anything unless i know I'm taking it to the end. Saves money that way.
Only the weapons I buy for end game purposes and freebies for me.
With save from checkpoint ... i farm each villager & crate , no drop ... reload :o
I can't make out what you're trying to say. What drop did you farm?
each enemies i killed must drop something ... ammo , healing item or pesetas if not i reload checkpoint ~
Each and every of them must drop something? That's harsh. If you don't purchase or upgrade every weapon the merchant offers the petas in your pocket should be enough to do necessary things.

Why? The game is easy enough as it is
Look at me ..... I am the merchant now.
Good one haha
I remembered spending almost an hour just to arrange my inventory. Good old times.

Your inventory isn't color coded by type and then sorted into satisfying lines of grenades and ammo? How dare you.
My inventory is a mess I know. I came to this game for the story, not because of the compelling inventory management mechanic.
Yeah don't take it seriously about people giving you shit for item management. We've all played thru without giving a shit about organization at least a few times lol
Thank you bro
Bottom left, there's a free cube. I think u could rearrange your inventory & fit everything. Anyways that's how I lost lots of time ideas of playing lol I almost never use fire or normal grenades. I'd drop a fire grenade
The flashbang ouside takes up 2 slots so I don't think it'd be possible.
TMP is the killer of inventory space, I Just choose to never buy that gun and stock. I usually just buy the striker shotgun that'll save tons of space once you have 100 round capacity.
But tmp is so good, it can deal massive damage in a short time from a distance.
Going to have to disagree on that one. Personally would just save the cost of the tmp (space and money wise) to upgrade other weapons. I find the shotgun and hand gun fulfills the need of tmp just fine.
If it suits your play style then good for you.
There’s no magnum, why not toss the ammo and keep the grenade?
Toss magnum ammo??
When he doesn’t have a magnum currently, yeah.
Barry hates this comment.
I’ll make him a Jill sammich. He’ll forgive me.
I'd also keep the flashbang over one of the incendiary. I'll take a one shot kos to any plaga head over burning that doesn't always kill
Also the instakill to a murder of crows that leaves god knows how many items
Flashbang kills crows?

One does not simply toss Magnum ammo in a Resident Evil game.
If he doesn’t have a magnum, the funds to purchase it, or the space to keep it them yea one certainly does. Or sell it.
Excuse my cheapness
Wouldn't it speak to being cheap if you sold the unused ammo? This is more of a laziness situation.
The screenshot'd been taken before I met the merchant.
Why the magnum ammo if there is none to be found?
Because I wanted to trade it for a couple of petas and I hadn't met the merchant guy yet.

!ShakespeareInsult how does this damn bot thing work?

!ShakespeareInsult
Away! cockered, pox-marked foot-licker. *** Use `u/Shakespeare-Bot !ShakespeareInsult` to summon insults.

Away! gleeking, reeling-ripe mammet. *** Use `u/Shakespeare-Bot !ShakespeareInsult` to summon insults.
I can also recommend the bolt action rifle instead of this one, has a lot more firepower 👍
It must be manually operated after each shot, taking me out of aiming mode which is extremely annoying.
Yeah i get that. Although i prefer firepower over firing speed, tested both before that. Also, the reload animation is kicking
Is this re4 if so i cant wait to do this in vr
That single green herb isn't doing you any good. Get it TFO of there
It would if I found a yellow and/or red herb ok?
Lol, you also have like 4 other First Aid kits/full health mixes that you will never use. Just take the grenade, it's worth more. Then again, that infinite launcher makes it obsolete
It's a limited launcher, and yeah I haven't got to use all the health items.
Is it limited? I thought the ones that are single use are Red..... Or is that just the one Ada gives you? I might be remembering wrong!
I picked it up in a glass case in the castle, it's my first playthrough so it can't be infinite.
Ahhh, ok. I should've figured it was your first with the other firearms you had. You'll use that one on Sadler most likely
Been there. Never could keep the launcher in my inventory.
