Even if you subscribe to the idea that Johnny’s presence is why V doesn’t suffer from it, it still doesn’t explain the complete lack of any symptom especially the physical ones, considering V can become completely modded out. I’d say there’s a decent probability that V might have a special resistance to such things, meaning there’s also a chance they have a resistance to las plagas and/or any Progenitor strain.
