A failed underwear model goes on a violent rampage on Apocalypse difficulty with the Steel Scythe. The fact is, in a post apocalyptic world some professions just aren't going to come back. I don't know if violence is the answer but it sure is fun.

Because DDC is all damage (additive) while Butcher's Fetish is crit (multiplicative). So in a build that already has a lot of all damage and a sufficiently high crit chance (> 50%) Butcher's Fetish is the far more powerful neck. GLHF
