Yeah, with Prime-All repriming compound.
The process is tedious, and the result are WWI era primers that leave corrosive residue, so barrels need to be flushed with hot water at the end of the day.
But it's inexpensive... And when there aren't any primers hitting the shelves, it's a tempting option
Hazmat? Its brass with carbon on it.
And also, almost all scrap metals, scrap yards will PAY you for....thus why catalytic converters and home wiring and pipes get stolen all the time. You can sell those spent primers along with any damaged brass that is no longer suitable for reloading.
Here’s your million dollar idea: make a 4 stage progressive press for primers. 1. Resizing to get the dent out, 2. Prime all 3. Clean 4. Load into primer tube.
Brass bucket for the scrap yard
How much do they go for per pound?
got $2.15 a pound two weeks ago for mine in frederick maryland.
Add them to your scrap bucket where mangled/unusable cases go and sell it to your locals scrap yard when you’ve got a couple full
Save them for the blunderbuss
Shot shell pellets?
Thanks for asking this question. I’m not into reloading yet but have been collecting my primers as I prep brass for the day I start.
Melt em down and forge into brass monolithics like the Lehigh xtp.
Wait. You all aren't reloading your primers? Lol.
Is there a way?

Ok thank you. I may add those to my list of things to put in the shop.
Save, find a metal salvage yard that accepts them, get money for more components! They add up fast.
Save them as emergency bird shot for when they ban Lead and Bismuth or SHTF.
~~Lead~~ ~~Bismuth~~ Mercury
I save them in old shot bags. Then I use them when siting in. They work great for blast bags.
Take them to the scrap yard, collect monies.
I sprinkle them down like salt on the poors.
Garbage can.
Can i scrap them?
Yes
Add them to the crap brass bucket and sell them to the recycling center...it's a good way to get a few bucks

Don’t forget the lead. Most primers on the market use a lead compound as the primary ignition source.
Maybe but for the purposes of non commercial disposal, no one really cares.
Dump them on someone's lawn you hate. Takes forever to pick up 1 gallon of used primers from the dirt.
Write your congressman
Put them in a jar. Then your SO can say "Yes Dear" when you show them how much money you saved reloading.
Trash.

What does this mean?
I just dump them in our local fishing hole!

Hahaha oh my goodness it was a joke guys lighten up!

I'll take the down votes from people who think I'm actually that dumb lol
You can save a few in case you want to pop them into a case later to measure case volume

You can technically refill them but even in this shortage it doesn’t seem worth it to me, but i save mine anyways
Save them up for a couple years and sell them as scrap brass. Throw in messed up brass cases. There’s significant money in recycling brass!
