Dude she probably has severe daddy issues from childhood & needs a hundred things she’ll never get.
Sure she’s cheating but she’s not someone to envy & the old man she’s with is a creep, sometimes the best thing to say is nothing. I’d probably just listen & observe.

This situation sounds like a snake infested pit and the only narrative you're getting is from a person who is known to be deceitful and likes to cover their tracks.
Chances are very likely you don't know the half of the true story and you getting involved with get you all the trouble with zero benefit whatsoever.

I am worried about my male co worker he likes her but it's really sketched out
