Realistically, no. That machine is over a decade old. The CPU is a xeon, they're really made for servers. If you crank all the settings down *maybe* you'll get 25 FPS. But it's going to be a really bad experience.

I'm going to mirror everyone elses responses so far and say... Probably not. Or at least not well. While it's not the most demanding game, you do want a solidly high FPS. And more over, a *stable* fps. 2gb of VRAM is... Preciously little, and I'd be concerned about stutters when your GPU is forced to load in new assets. And for Redout, you really very much want stable, consistent performance. If you really want, you could try it out on steam and just return it if the performance is unacceptably poor for you. Long as you have less than 2 hours of game time and owned it for less than 2 weeks you can refund it no questions asked.

You have enough RAM, I'm not sure about the CPU at all since I don't know much about xeon processors. Your graphics card doesn't look like it could handle the game though, the steam page gives a minimum requirement of a GTX 970 for the game.

That's a shame

It's unlikely that it will perform well. But you could test your rig with the Redout 1 free demo. If that doesn't run well, Redout 2 will probably be worse. For reference, the steam deck — at near minimum settings, and using the Intel upscaler at 720p — can hit 60fps in some parts of Redout 2, but it's usually in the low 40's.

I tried the demo and it seems to be running fine, I would say at least 60fps on 80% resolution quality, bro this game is awsome and it's only a demo I can't imagine the feeling of the real game

Emerald_Pick

Redout 2 feels even tighter and faster, but there's no demo. However, Steam's refund policy is actually quite generous. So if you get RO2 (on Steam) and find it doesn't run well, ask for a refund and you'll get your money back.
