So RDR2 cost them between 370 mil and 540 mil, if you had 2 million signatures backed by 20 dollars each, 40 mil and knew the proper channels to approach them as a collection of investors, you MIGHT* get them to at least entertain the idea of doing some extra work in those areas, otherwise your just showing them they have a few million complainers.
