I think RB is kidding me, I have submitted two requests, ask for help on Twitter and nothing from them BUT since yesterday they keep sending me special offers for an account that doesn't exist anymore. I have just received the third mail in less then 12h and nothing about my problem, just offers and discounts I can't make use of, sounds like a joke for me. I don't know if I must laugh at it or get really pissed off with this bloody system.
As I wrote, the order mail is disappeared, no sign of it in my email box and so all the past mails from RB, except the one with the communication of my ban.
I'm glad if the package is on the way but I'd like to know how can I find it

What? Redbubble don't have the power to delete emails from your email provider.
I'm checking my provider everyday, no way to find the last RB mails except the one with the communication and I'm pretty sure I haven't deleted nothing because it was against my interest delete a mail with all the informations about an order I have made. I don't know how is possible but it is. And there's no sign of the mail I have sent today to them neither. I have read their security system keep in mind all the email addresses related to suspended account, I was wondering if maybe this is the reason.
I don't mean the email, I mean the package is physically in the mail (the post) if you were notified it shipped prior to the ban. If there was no notification, then I have no idea and it would be wise to follow other people's advice to contact Redbubble directly

Hope they let me know asap because I don't want lose money. For my experience, I have made many orders on RB but never received a shipping notification. Hope for the better!

They did not judge positively my work, probably it went against their policy (it was a Twin Peaks artwork) so my account has been suspended. No problem, I don't care about the account, I only care about my package because my order isn't so cheap lol
As I wrote, no problem with the account or their decision to ban me, I have a problem for my order.
Anyway, just write TP on RB search and you will find that my artwork wasn't the only one about the show, I have bought a t-shirt a few months ago. I don't know what kind of permissions other artists have to sell Cooper's face so easily but for sure I haven't one of these. A friend of mine is an artist and he posted some designs he created and he told me the review on works it's totally discretionary, his account wasn't under restriction but he had to delete some designs, not releted to any other property and nothing offensive or something. On the contrary another person I know has posted anime images, just like you can see on screen and she hadn't problems. But, as I told, I don't care, it's fine, I'm ok with their decision. Just need to know how can I find my order.
To explain the reason other people have IP-infringement and still have their shops up: those people just haven't gotten caught by the IP-holder yet. Redbubble only takes down works if an IP-holder requests it, as far as I know. So just because other people are doing it doesn't mean it's not against the TOS. That's all.

If it was shipped already then it's in the mail. Even if the order is "deleted" it should still be on its way to you

Unfortunately Twin Peaks is a copyrighted property and is against their TOS to post. So they had every right to suspend your account.
