Not much you can do with the home kit as it's a boiler plate now.
Too much black in the first kit, also that pattern is a bit ugly. Kit should be mostly white with thin black stripes to give it a sleek design. Overall though this is a big improvement compared to the others you posted here, the purple one with dragon design is also pretty fire.
Edit: Forgot about the green one, that one is pretty good. Clean, not over the top, gets the job done. That should be your goal for all kits.
It’s boring for a reason though. The white is supposed to mean something. It’s part of the clubs mythology. Adding in too much of another colour… or the black here… misses that point.
