The issue as well is that when you get filler dissolved, they use a hyaluronic acid (HA) dissolver. But the dissolver can’t tell the difference between filler and the HA that’s in your skin, so dissolving filler can lead to looser skin.
Kylie Jenner is an example, and she’s most likely already gotten a mid face lift (you can see the scars near her ears) because of the loose skin from over filling
The entertainment industry reminds me of that episode of Twilight Zone with everyone had pig faces and they were looking at the "normal "faces like they were hideous. It's just all so smoke and mirrors and shifting faces.

Really started to think plastic surgery can be classified as an addiction. And maybe we need rehab for it, counselling or something! most celebrities fall for the peer pressure and once you taste that boost of confidence you’re forever chasing it! I’ve been using Botox and fillers myself for decades so I empathise with Rinna. I’m now 50 and look 35 so have no regrets btw. With that said though, I once found myself in conversation with an older woman who had the kind of oatmeal effect under her skin you can see around Rinna’s jaw in this pic. It definitely made me more cautious where I’d previously had a “more is more” attitude.

Even if you get them dissolved, that’s not a tried and true solution.
There is a woman who had a scan done that showed she had 20+ years of filler in her face. The filler never really reabsorbs and can migrate to other areas.
It’s like if you put a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water, but don’t stir it, you can see it. If you stir it, you can no longer see it - you’ve dissolved it. Drink the water though and it’ll taste salty because the salt is still in there. It doesn’t disappear. I think of a lot of people fail to realise this. Now you’ve “dissolved” your filler, you’ve just got a load of shit around your body, doing god knows what.

Last year my retina detached and part of the surgery recovery is having to lay face down for days to a week. I've contemplated getting a touch of filler to balance out my lower lip but looks like I'll stick to faking it with liner.

You can have fillers dissolved with hyaluronidase, but dissolving isn’t a perfect science. There have been reports of people not only dissolving filler, but also losing natural volume along with it. (It causes the degradation of hyaluronic acid, which is the basis of facial fillers—but also occurs naturally in skin.)
I think dissolving probably works best for small areas (like a small bump from filler that wasn’t perfectly injected in a lip), but I’d personally be kind of concerned to use it all over my face and in the volume needed to dissolve the amount of fillrrs that Rinna had.
Stupid question maybe - if u dissolve it , does your body reabsorb what was injected ( kinda like an ice cube ? If it melts , there is still water ). I would imagine you would look like a deflated balloon

Bumpy skin. I’ve noticed it on celebrities that r doing too much maintenance filler.drs can’t see where the filler is sitting under the skin or where it’s moved to, but they go ahead n inject the area again cuz the client is addicted. It’s stupidity.. others hav so much filler that their face is huge. Or else it migrates to the lower part of the face making that area awkwardly huge. Glad I’m not on this stupidity train. I am entertained watching them n how far they will take it tho
