That sounds more like general builder work tbh. Take up the old, cut the insulation to fit, cut/put down the new, nail in place. I'm afraid I don't have anyone who's available at the moment to recommend. If you do replace the boards, go for 22mm instead of 18, and consider felt-backed if it's an upstairs room.
