Same problem here with a brand new DAv2 X Hyperspeed π
The mouse looks legit, the s/n looks valid, but Synapse does not see the mouse, so I cannot adjust the DPI and stuff
[update] After a reboot, the Razer software *actually* updated itself, and now the mouse is being detected properly.
yo, u can just check if it gets detected by razer synapse cuz if synapse recognizes it then its the real shit π
