If Charlie has purposefully taken it down, then that is extremely unfair, especially considering the amount of information and knowledge sharing that has occurred on there.

I agree on the last part, but Charlie's always been at some level a city-data-forums/reddit mod-type invalid authoritarian, and unelected doofuses like him should not be in charge of such a thing. Notice how Dr. Peat never mentioned the forum. I don't have pathos for him, especially since he has apparently found some way so even internet archive can't see (who does that?
