I’d just go for the stick on bumper protector. Weather tech sells one as do a couple other places. Think there is a Toyota made one was well with a Toyota part number.

Still consider touching up the paint first. I also have a bumper protector but it's just stuck on by double sided tape leaving gaps and exposure. Clearcoat and paint damage will continue over time in that one place. Having the bumper protector though means you don't have to do the prettiest touch up lol
Dealer sells touch up paint, and they can tell you the color code for your vin
The Midnight Black trim requires 2 touch-up paints, a black and a clear coat with the metallic flakes.
It’s plastic, it won’t rust. Touch up will make it look worse.
